Insurance
EIASE pays $750 per month toward an employee's health insurance premium.
EIASE uses Egyptian Trust Health Insurance. They offer multiple plans with a variety of benefits and deductibles.
Vision, dental, optional life, and supplemental insurances can also be purchased through payroll deduction.

Teachers may receive up to $1,000 per fiscal year toward professional development reimbursement.
Teachers also receive up to 5 professional development days per year.
Full time employees receive a minimum of 12 sick days, 2 personal days, and 2 bereavement days each school year.
