• EIASE pays $800 per month toward an employee's health insurance premium.

• EIASE uses Egyptian Trust Health Insurance. They offer multiple plans with a variety of benefits and deductibles.  

• Vision, dental, optional life, and supplemental insurances can also be purchased through payroll deduction.

• Teachers may receive up to $1,000 per fiscal year toward professional development reimbursement. 

• Teachers also receive up to 5 professional development days per year. 

• Full time employees receive a minimum of 12 sick days, 2 personal days, and 2 bereavement days each school year.
